Do not include false information, avoid long paragraphs, avoid informal email id, avoid irrelevant personal details (any three).
CC recipients are visible to all and used to inform others. BCC recipients are hidden from other recipients and used for privacy in bulk mails. CC is used for transparency; BCC prevents exposing email addresses.

Example (very short): Title: Report on Late Delivery Complaints Introduction: This report summarises late delivery complaints in Jan 2026. Findings: 12 complaints; main reason courier delay. Recommendations: improve tracking; add packing staff. Conclusion: corrective actions will reduce complaints.
Short reports should be clear, numbered and factual.
